We like to refer people to these amber bottles for their quality and ease in re-sealing. It's important to have a quality bottles that seal tightly and are dark enough to block out the light during the extraction process for making homemade vanilla. These come very well packed and are a good price compared to other bottles I've custom ordered. The bottles that came with the kit are plastic and don't seal enough to let the beer carbonate. He is very please with these bottles and likes that the flip tops make for a secure seal.
