The downsides to the dmz is stomach cramps. So I thought, "well if dmz made me gain 10 pounds then I wonder what MASS will do". I'm on the first week and so far its great. I've noticed a heightened sex drive, strength gains, and an overall feeling of initiative to go hit the weights hard. The downsides are: lack of patience with people, and a moderate spike of aggression. So if your a person who already gets ticked off over little stuff, like somebody driving abnormally slow in the left lane and you cant pass....dont take this. Last advice I would like to offer, since this stuff is some pretty heavy synthetic compounds, I would suggest taking a liver defense, or milk thistle.
