I don't like taking antacids (seems counter-intuitive to me) and they don't always help with all my symptoms. Enzymes have made a huge difference in how well my body digests the foods I eat, especially healthy foods that contain lots of fiber. I tried Digest Gold at the recommendation of a friend who uses it. The first time I tried it was with a pasta dinner which typically leaves me feeling a bit bloated, especially if I eat salad, too. I took two capsules, one after the first bite and one after the last bite. I felt great for hours after the meal: no bloating, no belching, no gas, etc. Digest Gold contains enzymes that aid in the digestion of protein, carbs, fat and fiber.
