I take them regularly as a multi-vitamin. I don't have any medical problems so I can't say that they make me feel better, but certainly I don't feel worse. They are hightly rated by testing labs. You must take 8 of these large pills a day to meet the recommended daily vitamin and mineral intake. After eating just one tablet, I get a niacin flush and a headache that persists for 12+ hours and impairs my daily functioning.Before trying this brand, I was taking one pill a day of GNC mega men heart, for the last 7 years, without any ill effects. I do believe that the product is good but it may be too potent, too well absorbed and so can raise toxicity concerns due to overdose. Your mileage may vary since everyone is different. So try them but don't assume that you will be able to tolerate them (even at 1/8th of daily dose). So after trying to eat 1 pill every day for 10 days, I can't take it any more. I will be switching to another highly recommended brand. |
