Two pills. My husband works on a physically demanding job and always has a pain somewhere. Knees. Back. etc...I gave him those two pills before he went to work (I didn't think much of it, it was either that or throwing them away) and when he came home he asked me what it was, he was able to work without the pain. We ordered padma basic and he got rid of any pain he had. So Padma and tumeric (months ago he had a water in his knee and he couldnt get rid of it for a week, and we heard on the radioshow where turmeric was mentioned as a great tool againt alzhaimer, cancer, heart disease, joint pain and swelling, and he bought one can of tumeric ice tea and over night swelling was gone.
