With age, I find that some foods don't settle as well as they once did. I don't like taking antacids (seems counter-intuitive to me) and they don't always help with all my symptoms. Enzymes have made a huge difference in how well my body digests the foods I eat, especially healthy foods that contain lots of fiber. I tried Digest Gold at the recommendation of a friend who uses it. The first time I tried it was with a pasta dinner which typically leaves me feeling a bit bloated, especially if I eat salad, too. I took two capsules, one after the first bite and one after the last bite. I felt great for hours after the meal: no bloating, no belching, no gas, etc. Digest Gold contains enzymes that aid in the digestion of protein, carbs, fat and fiber. Please be sure to check with your doctor if this product does not prevent symptoms of indigestion.

This product has really helped me digest food. I have battled for years with not being able to break down food properly. This has really changed my life. This is the only product I have found that works. I wish there were slightly more lactase enzyme in the ingredient list, but I make up for this by taking two pills at a time.

Seriously, I can't believe there are positive reviews for this stuff. It actually "undefined" my curls. I have a pretty well-established wave/curl pattern and with this stuff...all I saw was frizz. They should call it "Perfect 'Fro"

These have helped in my fight with asthma. Starting with four pills three times a day with meals for several months, my health improved. I have reduced my dose gradually to two pills three times a day with meals, to two just a couple times a day, to as needed.
