Kemper (Grandview, MO, US) - See all my reviews This review is from: Designs For Health - FemGuard+Balance 120 capsules (Health and Beauty) Before using FemGuard I was taking at least 6 pills a day for cramps during my period. I also had very heavy menstrual periods. Since taking femguard for the last two months I have not had to take pills for cramps anymore. If I get any cramps at all they are very mild. I do not feel as bloated as I used to while I'm on my period. I recommend this product to anyone that has had issues with monthly menstrual problems. You will be a lot happier I'm sure.
